🚫 No music media (vinyl, CDs, cassettes, digital downloads) allowed
🍽️ No food or drinks available—please plan accordingly
⚠️ Attendees are responsible for their own goods; Modus AV is not liable for any lost, stolen, or unsupervised items

Seller Transaction Details

All transactions will go through Modus AV.
Every sale will be subject to Gwinnett County sales tax.
Sellers can cash out for 95% of their sales via check.
Sellers can opt for store credit and receive the full amount of their sales.
The 5% fee is waived if purchasing a new product (not clearance) from Modus AV.
Pricing, negotiations, and payment methods are at the discretion of the seller.
All sales are final; buyers should inspect items before purchase.

Conduct Rules

Respect all attendees and Modus AV staff.
Keep your selling area organized and clutter-free.
No aggressive sales tactics or haggling beyond reasonable limits.
Follow all Modus AV staff instructions for setup, event flow, and clean-up.
Any misconduct or failure to adhere to event rules may result in removal from the event.

Seller tables are extremely limited due to space constraints, with only three tables available inside the showroom. If you’re interested in securing a table, pre-registration is required. Sellers are responsible for their own transactions and items.
